My vibrant girlie Krystle inspired this truffle for June!

Fresh blackberry puree is reduced down to almost a jam then piped into a white chocolate shelf, followed by a dark chocolate cranberry blackberry ganache. Fruity and refreshing, it’s summer without the heat!
