Shipping & Delivery

Our chocolates are frag-ee-lay, do not wear sunblock, and they begin to melt at 72°F.

Lilly's shipping policies:

  • Starting May 1, 2009 we will add a $5.00 warm weather shipping fee to all orders and will only offer Federal Express Priority Overnight or 2nd Day Air until October 31, 2009. Chocolate doesn't like the sun, remember?
  • Shipping rates are determined by the total dollar amount of the order and whether you select 2nd Day Air or Overnight delivery from within PayPal
  • Phone orders are shipped via Fedex and transit times vary depending on destination. Phone order shipping rates are determined by the weight of the order and the distance of the shipment.
  • All orders are shipped "signature required" which means the recipient must be available to sign for the package at delivery. We are not responsible if the recipient has a signature release waiver on file and the package is lost after delivered.
  • Orders are not shipped on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. The shipment schedule is based on the date your order is received.
  • We do not ship to international destinations.
  • Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes - You must provide a street address for your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping agent or due to weather or mechanical error and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
  • Orders are not shipped the same day they are received. You will be shown the next available date to receive your order with your selected shipping method when you place your order. If the destination city's temperature is more than 70 degrees and you are sending to someone other than yourself, we will upgrade the shipment to Federal Express Priority Overnight and charge the difference to your credit card. If you have chosen 2nd Day Air, we are not responsible if the chocolates arrive melted and will not offer any refund.

In the store you have the option of picking and choosing which truffles you would like to take home with you. Online here, thats a bit more complicated, so all boxes will be assorted flavors hand picked that are available the day we box your order. Every effort will be made to accomodate special requests.
